'New Year, New Me' is a common saying as people vow to take control of their waistline and form healthy habits.
One option that some are turning to are weight-loss injections, which are available on prescription in pharmacies, but the topic has hit the headlines in recent weeks, in particular, the ‘explosion’ of unapproved – or fake – weight loss injections.
Armagh I sat down with locally based fitness coach Bubba Ali to discuss weight loss injections and how he feels these fit into a health approach to losing weight.
