Armagh I push notifications to your mobile
Good afternoon folks. Just a quick one. We've been looking into building a mobile app for a while but the expense is a significant barrier at this time.
We want to take a first step and see what sort of response we get from using a third party push notification only platform. We're just pushing this out to our newsletter readers for now, as you are our favourites!
Basically, it's major/breaking news directly to your mobile as a notification – similar to the image below. Open it up and it'll take you directly to the story via the Pushed app (not our own app).
How to get push notifications?
Simply download the Pushed App from the App store here (Apple / iOS). Or via Google Play here (Android). Alternatively just search Get Pushed in either store (check out the logo below).
Sign in and search for Armagh I. Hit subscribe (it's free). And just wait for us to send notifications.
We want to trial the appetite for push notifications as we see this as a major benefit to having our own app!
