Mum's shock at son's severe allergy – 'cupboards were like Russian Roulette'
"I can feel very lonely, I don't know anybody with a severe food allergy......it is hard having no one else to talk to but if I can help one person it will be good."
That's Kayleigh Dawson who found out her son Wyatt had a severe nut allergy. She even started food testing while parked outside Craigavon's A&E. Covid provided complications which left her so desperate that she went private.
Kayleigh is looking to raise awareness of how dangerous the innocuous and innocent actions of others may be to her son – and those like him.
