My run in with customs charges....
Good morning, Micheal with you here. It's not my intention to get political but I definitely felt the impact of Brexit hitting hard this week. Regular readers of the newsletter will be aware of my holiday faux pas - leaving my laptop and iPad in the Netherlands. Well, after 10 days of tracing my backpack's return, the trail went cold. Stuck in the depot it said. Three days of nothing. So, on Monday morning I rang up the Netherlands to see what the craic was. Alas, Parcelforce had it and customs charges were outstanding. No problem, I say (I really want them back) to the kind Parcelforce fella over the phone. What do I owe you kind sir? £201.24........
COME ON!!!!!!!
