'Nobody wins unless everybody wins'
"Nobody wins unless everybody wins."
Good morning, it's Micheal here with you. Starting the day with a little philosophy lesson from The Boss.
I'm almost ashamed to say I didn't really listen to much Bruce Springsteen growing up but recently it's all I'll listen to. Without going full Confucius, I'd recommend, if you're like me and unfamiliar with Springsteen, to have a good listen. It really gives you a change in outlook; great in the depths of winter too. However, if you are very familiar with his works (I'm sure many of you are, because you have ears), make some time today and just listen to just one of his songs; maybe a live version.
"Nobody wins unless everybody wins." – I'll leave you with that one line. How very apt for the world we find ourselves in today.

Independent Card
You can still get your card for just £10 – it lasts a year! Just use the code INDY22 to get £5 off here. Check out all the businesses on board so far here.
The Independent Card is something I've had a real passion for, for a loooong time! Yes, we're a business and all that, but this project is more than just the physical card. It has been brilliant to engage with so many local independent retailers; some of which we may have never had the pleasure of dealing with only for the Independent Card. They are all unique and they all have their own story, some of which we hope to share with you in the coming months.
While we support them, they too are supporting us, which we are grateful for. And by getting your card, you are in turn supporting both us – and the local independent shop.
Thank you for reading this far – that in itself is much valued support.
"Nobody wins unless everybody wins."
Have a great day ahead.
