Good morning, Micheal with you here. We’ve had plenty going on over the last few days. Last month was a record month for us in terms of visitors to the website - today will see us surpass that for January, so thank you to all our readers.
There’s a lot of stuff that doesn’t quite make it as far as the website. A lot of tips that lead to nothing but don’t let that deter you from getting in touch. Thanks to all the people who mentioned the police incident in a location in Armagh city – you know who you are. While it appeared to be something dramatic, police assured us it was just a “concern for safety”. An ambulance spokesperson told us they would not be commenting due to it being an incident inside a residential property. We even went to check it out ourselves before we were given the updates by the emergency services. As a result of our own curiosity, we nearly lost poor Rikki to an irate resident…who wasn’t overly happy we were there. Poor lad’s hamstrings may take a few days to recover.
Alas, it may not have lead to much, barring a near death experience but thanks for being our eyes. It was suggested that our readers could be labelled – Armagh Eyes…akin to Justin Bieber’s Beliebers…I assure you, I did not suggest that!
