Armagh I Newsletter đī¸ Tuesday, October 2
Good morning! Welcome to the Armagh I newsletter, which drops into your inbox every Tuesday (like today) and Friday morning. Hello to the 16 new subscribers since our last edition.
Just a quick one on a well-known phenomenon. Are you feeling SAD âšī¸? If so, you may be suffering the affects of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). If you are feeling down, less energetic, and moody, you are not alone â there are many in the same boat!
I only bring this up as this very conversation sprung up at the shop till on Monday evening. The lovely lady behind the counter absolutely loves the darker evenings; the sound of the rain and wind outside â and the fire onâĻsounds idyllic! But the reality is often different for so many people. However, one of the best ways to combat SAD is get outside and embrace nature as that has a positive effect on our mood and all round health. In the meantime, which one of these best describes you?
PS. For those not looking forward to the darker evenings, Saturday is probably the very last throes of summer. 21 degrees and sunshine. Make hay while it lastsâĻ
