Good morning, Micheal here with you. We usually have an announcement about some sort of expansion, or job role available, but there's a reversal of that today – for Friday marked Conor's last day with us. The baby boy is off to pastures new. Conor was our first recruit four years ago and we got it right. My wife – as our resident psychologist – was on the hiring panel (a panel of two) back then. She knew he was the right one for our little burgeoning business. He was a fresh-faced college graduate but his time with Armagh I truly weathered him – I joke. It has been a pleasure to see him develop and ultimately take a whole range of new skills with him to the BBC. I have absolutely no qualms about losing him to the BBC – anywhere else and the tone may have been one of rage, perhaps a good riddance to bad rubbish, sort of vibe (again, I jest). He has been great and I, along with our slightly bigger team these days, wish him all the best for the future. Now, back to finding someone to replace him....the absolute joys...!!
