Shop owners take cleaning into their own hands to deal with ‘dirty’ pavements

Good morning folks! The weather is set to be a beaut this week – it got pretty hot over the weekend on the news front too. A large fire broke out in Annaghmore late on Saturday night; a call with the NIFRS out of hours gave us an early indication of the scale of the blaze. Working at 11pm on a Saturday - the wife delighted with that one as we reached the final 15 minutes of the final episode of Deceit (t'was on All 4 for those who care for a good watch)! Ps. We had to finish it on Sunday night. Then there were the four cars torched in Portadown a few hours later...if only the news stopped at 5pm on a Friday. Thanks to the folks who sent us photos and video from various scenes over the weekend. You tip us off, we do the running, no matter what time. I remember, a good few years back in the early days of Armagh I, waking up at 4am because the phone had buzzed – a message on Facebook. It was a fire in Keady. No problem. Covered and back to sleep for 5am. The days before kids and any real responsibility. Anyway, I digress. Here's the news. Did someone mention bins...!
